Take a snowcat ride to the top of Cooper for a delicious gourmet meal at the Ridgeview Cafe mountaintop yurt. Your meal will be a pairing of locally sourced ingredients and local wine or beer served in a cozy yurt. Choose to return to the base by snowcat transportation or ski down with our guide and a headlamp. It’s an unforgettable experience!
