Located in the main base lodge, Cooper’s cafeteria has everything you want for breakfast and lunch to keep you energized and satisfied for your on-mountain fun. You’ll find burgers, hot dogs, pizza, chicken nuggets, fresh home cut fries, salads, homemade soups, breakfast items, snack items, fountain sodas, coffee & hot chocolate, a wide variety of bottled beverages, and more! Open daily from 8am to 3pm.

Katie O’Rourke’s Irish Pub is North America’s highest elevation Irish Pub. Stop by for Fish and Chips, Johnny McCulley’s Irish Pot Pie, Rueben or Katie’s gourmet Wagyu Burger. Grab a cold micro-brew, a glass of wine, or a cocktail. Don’t miss our very own “Kerrigan’s Irish Stout,” a full-bodied Stout served exclusively at Katie’s! Slainte! Open daily from 11am to 4:30pm.

The Ridgeview Café is located in the mountaintop yurt at the top of the 10th Mountain Chairlift. If you are looking for a hearty lunch, try a juicy flame-broiled burger or a warm bowl of our beef and bison chili. You’ll find a variety of hot and cold drinks including hot chocolate, craft beer on tap and hot mulled wine. In addition to the mouthwatering food and drink options, the Ridgeview Café offers amazing views of surrounding mountain ranges from the outside deck. This is a convenient location for a family meet-up at the top of the mountain. Open daily from 10am to 3pm.

Our unique slopeside pub in the Cooper base area serves up eight microbrews on tap. BBQ pulled pork sliders and hearty smoked brisket chili and cornbread headline our food offerings. All our meat is smoked onsite. Enjoy additional outdoor seating with great views of the slopes including the learning area.
